PREMIER COURS · 04 ÉTAPES

Le premier cours de votre enfant, minute par minute.

Vous savez exactement à quoi vous attendre avant même de pousser la porte.

  1. T-10 MIN

    Welcome

You arrive together, the coach introduces himself to your child and shows the mat and changing rooms.

  2. 00-10

    Movement games

A playful warm-up: movement, balance, coordination. The ice is broken.

  3. 10-40

    Age-adapted technique

One or two simple movements, explained and drilled with a partner of the same age.

  4. 40-60

    Practice

Small supervised challenges, then the closing bow. You collect a tired, proud child.

Our kids' classes are designed so that every young athlete finds their place: whether they practice Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as a hobby, to build self-confidence, or to move towards competition. Our teaching adapts to each individual's pace and profile, in groups tailored by age and level.

« Le tatami ne ment pas. Il révèle. »

At what age can my child start jiu-jitsu?

From age 6. Groups are set by age and level: Kids 6-12 and Teens 13-16, with separate weekday slots and a Saturday morning class.

Isn't jiu-jitsu too violent for a child?

Brazilian jiu-jitsu is practised on the ground, with no striking at all. Children learn to fall, to control and to get back up, in a supervised setting where respect for the partner comes first.

My child is shy. Will they fit in?

That is often the profile that progresses best: the mat sets a clear frame, the rules are the same for everyone, and the coach makes sure every child has a partner from the first session.

Do we need to buy a gi straight away?

No. A gi is lent for the trial class. You only look at equipment later, if your child takes to it.

Can I stay and watch the class?

Yes, parents are welcome to watch from the edge of the mat, especially for the first session.

Does jiu-jitsu help against bullying at school?

Mostly it builds composure: a child who can fall, escape and stay calm under physical contact is far harder to intimidate. We train avoidance and control, never aggression.

Kids Camps.

Camps · School Holidays

Kids Camps.

A full week centered around Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, grappling, and self-defense—in a dynamic, educational, and fun atmosphere. But our concept goes beyond a simple sports camp.

  • Discovery of multiple martial disciplines
  • Self-confidence, coordination, team spirit
  • Immersion in three languages: French, Dutch, English
  • Natural learning through classes, games, and extracurricular activities
  • Daily interactions between kids and multilingual coaches

At the end of the camp, each child leaves with new martial arts foundations, greater confidence—and a true, lived linguistic immersion experience.
