Modern Approach
A game system inspired by the international grappling circuit.
PREMIER COURS · 04 ÉTAPES
Tu sais exactement à quoi t'attendre avant même de pousser la porte.
You arrive, we greet you and show you the mat and the changing rooms. No test, no pressure.
Mobility, ground movement, breakfalls. Your body eases into the session.
The coach demonstrates, breaks it down, then you drill it with a partner matched to your level.
Light, controlled situations. You try, you fail, you try again. That is when it clicks.
A complete approach to grappling without the gi: contemporary leg locks, wrestling, scrambles, transitions, and finishes. Perfect for modern grappling enthusiasts and as a gateway to MMA.
MÉTHODE · 03 PILIERS
Une approche construite, chaque pilier a sa place dans ta progression.
A game system inspired by the international grappling circuit.
Controlled drilling followed by progressive sparring.
From fundamentals to pro competition class.

TON COACH · SUR LE TATAMI
« Le tatami ne ment pas. Il révèle. »

PRATIQUE
01
A t-shirt and shorts or leggings, no pockets or zips. A gi or rashguard is lent to you for the trial class.
02
Enough time to change calmly and meet the coach before the class starts.
03
Essential: you walk in slides between the changing room and the mat, then train barefoot. That is what keeps the mat clean for everyone. Short nails, no jewellery.
04
A water bottle and a towel. We take care of the rest.
QUESTIONS FRÉQUENTES
Wrestling is mainly about taking the opponent down and controlling them. No-gi grappling adds the full ground game of Brazilian jiu-jitsu: guards, passing, joint locks and chokes. We work on both dimensions in the same class.
It is the same discipline without the kimono: rashguard and shorts. The principles are identical, but the pace is faster and control comes from the body rather than the fabric.
A rashguard or a close-fitting t-shirt and shorts without pockets or zips. We lend you a rashguard for the trial class if you do not have one.
Not when they are taught in the right order. You first learn to recognise the position and tap early, then to apply the submission. Aggressive entries only come once the safety reflexes are there.
Yes: wrestling, ground control and no-gi submissions are the grappling half of MMA. Several of our members come looking for exactly that base.
